Donald’s work ethic was shaped early by his parents, who built their lives around hands-on industries. His mother, Macy, worked in Florida’s fresh fruit industry with Ben Hill Griffin, while his father, Walter, was a farmer, sawmiller, and U.S. Air Force Veteran who instilled discipline, precision, and pride in a job well done – values that continue to define CWI today.
